It rains each rain drop starts with an ice crystal. So in the clouds in must get very cold for rain to form .
That’s Boras arena. That’s an associate professor in the department of plant pathology physiology and we need science at Virginia Tech . I asked him if water has to freeze before can precipitate out of a cloud Hakainde graves instead of falling is no sweet .
In the summer , it does now snow although the raindrops started as an ice principle because when the ice crystal starts falling it falls food atmosphere this warmer and it will now the recipe for is that we need a high humidity in clouds , so we need water , then we need impurities around which the water can freeze and then we need cold temperatures.
So called temperature isn’t enough to get water to freeze , you need something in the water to get it to start to crystallize.
Pure all water does not freeze and 32 degrees Fahrenheit to start water crystals need the nucleus some kind of impurity I wound which water molecules started patching and then start into the ice crystals if they cannot attached to any solid support the crystal cannot stop.
Temperatures inside of clouds may not be cold enough to freeze water even with an impurity. And yet the water still freezers , find out why in future programs also the planet is made possible in part by the National Science Foundation .

The latest iteration of the travel ban was put on hold by judges in Hawaii and Maryland who said the administration is continuing to exclude grandparents grandchildren aunts , uncles and other close family relations , whom the Supreme Court earlier this year , said could not be barred for no reason , in an unsigned order. However , the court allowed the band to go into effect while lower appeals courts move forward on an expedited basis in the government’s brief defending the travel ban .
