But first timers first conversion. We’ve done that and provided updated information about the conversion , and we also had an ask our best tool that associates and customers could use to ask questions and then we provided them with up to date responses to those questions . Our associate that their estate have been really focused on their customers , but also at the same time trying to learn the stones and familiarize themselves with our bad products and services so that on day one . After a conversion and they get help their customers find the best product or service back that suits their needs .
Right. And so all of that leading up to you know obviously , this is , this is the big weekend . This is where all the planning and conversion is 4 so , just kind of , how does that process work . You know , starting Friday close of business and until Monday morning it it’s 7:00 AM walk me through there , what do customers birthday customers need to know . Need to do and what levers I guess is , here’s Arvest pulling behind the scenes this weekend to make that integration go smoothly .
Though the the conversion from their state bank are vast starts on Friday at 10 o’clock in the morning we will start converting the ATMs at that point and they will officially come online. I’m good Monday at 7:00 AM and then at 3 o’clock on Friday in their statement online banking telephone banking and mobile banking platforms will go down for this is just conversion to to those are bad services and then there big branches will close at normal times on Friday evening , and will be getting the system denigration process , so we have teams that will go in and Friday evening and start working on on the actual hardware and then in the background . The software updates what occurs to what I had him on staff all weekend defense team doing data validation to make sure that everything is fully functional come Monday morning . So customers can expect and it’s so limited ATM availability over the weekend , also with their stay being online mobile and telephone banking systems down until Monday 7:00 AM when the are best version what will come on line . So there’ll be a little bit of Kenneth limited availability with those systems as well and then customers can use their bare stay big debit cards and checks for the weekend . So we did send out in advance . I knew our debit card and starter pack checks to customers that they can continue to use their bare State Bank I debit cards and checks through Monday morning . And at that time , they’ll be able to start using their new best debit cards and checks and Monday at 7:00 AM . We will bring 20 former State branches online and there’ll be new art that’s been branches and well I train their share of course some of the marketing materials and an exterior signage to to the our brand over the weekend and many of those locations . Well , but on Monday , with extended hours and then of course our Baghdad combated welcome and that is , or I might have . We have a lot of updated information that will be available . And again , customers can use to ask our best tool to ask questions about the impact over you know over the weekend . What to expect and when to use maybe they’re they’re they’re sleeping debit card versus that are debit card . So we’re really excited and again we’ve been a team in place to help make that smooth transition for customers .

Thank you for having me. You bet . Do you want to hear about this week’s show . Sure it’s so exciting , okay , I’m going to tell you this , this brief story I have a friend who lives and let Iraq who as a co-owner of the Whitewater Tavern don’t know if you know if this plane . I have been the one right great bar legendary place and so our post on a social media site there . He had been given some of Frank Stanford’s record Frank .
Poet who is achieved among at least some of us a legendary status as an Arkansans.
Yes from lived in Fayetteville started a publishing a press called roads and wrote poetry that was unusual for the MFA program. He was in which it was you know thought of as being the best , or at least the top 2 programs and you’re right . His style of poetry has become . I would say more accepted and really has become compelling to a lot of people . And what of people have worked hard to keep his memory and his work in a live in and that people are remembering it okay so here’s Frank Stanford records . That’s a big deal .
Not not records of offering Stanford’s but the ones he owned he.
Oh and yes the ones he listened to and booed on his turntable.
Point out he he died some time ago.
Tragically , and too young. And so , so I made an effort to go get these records because I wanted to play them on the radio and and then it just happened to also coincide with the timing with an upcoming Frank Stanford literary festival that’s happening this weekend in Fayetteville . So there you go . I know it’s this crazy story of serendipity so I invited Matt Hendrickson , who was in the graduate program at the University of Arkansas and is the editor of type 0 magazine in a co-organizer of this year’s festival . This is the first when they’ve done in 10 years I have and then also mad invited a man named Bill will let who was a high school friend of Franks and a college friend Frank Stanford’s and I got to have an incredible conversation with those 2 men . And also I have Frank Stanford’s records so this week’s show . Israel is kind of a different thing than we normally do , we’re going to listen to some songs from these collections were also going to listen to some songs that aren’t his records , but it’s definitely music that he loved because we didn’t , we don’t have all of its records . We don’t know what happened to the complete collection and we’re going to listen to memories and and a few poems of Frank’s read by Bill and some talks with Matt , it’s going to be I think pretty interesting I think so too . It’s a great way to remember and to celebrate a fable poet who was a tremendous talent and did not get the attention he deserved . While he was alive and I’m really happy to do it . While the festival’s going on .
